How It Works

  • Place Your Order: Include your personalisation details like names, dates or short phrases e.g. Just Married. 
  • Send Your Bottle: After payment you will receive The Studio address via email. Order your mini Prosecco from any online retailer, post it yourself or drop it to The Studio.
  • Artwork Begins: Your bottle is hand-painted with care, using layered details to create a one-of-a-kind piece. 
  • Pick-Up or Return Delivery: Collect your bottle from The Studio or opt for return shipping once complete.
  • Because these are bespoke pieces, please allow 10-14 days for your order to be completed.

NOTE: This purchase is for hand-painting & personalisation only, it does not include the bottle itself.

CARE INFORMATION

Each hand-painted glass is a decorative piece designed for occasional use and must be handled with proper care.

DO NOT place the glass in a dishwasher.

DO NOT scrub or clean the painted areas harshly.

TO CLEAN gently wipe the rim and the inside of the glass with a soft cloth, preferably dry or slightly damp. 

DO NOT apply excessive moisture on painted areas or leave water run over the painted surface.

These care instructions are provided in a care card included with every order and also stated in our Terms and Conditions.

Colours By Shannon is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, including dishwasher use, harsh cleaning, or excessive handling of the painted surface.
