Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Nursery art print orders are processed within 1-5 business days.

Hand-painted bottle and flute orders are processed within 10-14 days of order placement. Bottles must be dropped or shipped to The Studio for painting, which could alter the time frame slightly. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer a standard, tracked shipping option at checkout, with rates calculated based on your location.

Standard shipping within Ireland typically takes 1-3 business days, while international shipping can take 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.

International Shipping

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply in their country. Colours by Shannon is not responsible for delays due to customs processes.

Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Colours by Shannon print, and we stand by the quality of our products. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee to make sure you’re delighted with your purchase.

Conditions for Returns

14-Day Guarantee: You may return any unused, undamaged item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return or refund.

Steps for Returns and Refunds

Contact Us: Email us at hello@coloursbyshannon.ie within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Address: We will provide the return address via email once your return is confirmed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at [Your Contact Email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or offer a full refund.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions to Refunds

Custom Orders and Digital Products: Unfortunately, custom prints and digital downloads cannot be refunded.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
